Israel and the Genocide Convention 1948: Distorting the Language of Law
The media, politicians and others of influence routinely claim that Israel has been and/or is committing genocide in Gaza. Many even claim Israel is doing so in the West Bank. It is even argued that the genocide has been going ever since the State of Israel was established in 1948.
